Ro makes some badass Prince, D'Angelo, rock and hip-hop influenced R&B! This album is in my top 5 of the year, a great debut from start to finish.

I actually really really like Rather Ripped now.. weird.

This album is sexy. I never thought of it this way before.. but yeah.

One of my friends' dad is a Sonic Youth fan and everyone collectively agrees that he's a badass.

Dads who listen to Sonic Youth: Totally badass.

Dads who strictly listen to classic rock: LAME.

That is because its a grown folks album. I loved it from my first listen and it was an incredibly fun tour

Yeah I loved RR right away.

I loved RR right away too. I had my doubt about "Incinerate" at first, but the rest of the album grabbed me right from the get go.

I listen to more new music than old music. New artists and albums as much as possible. I'm not worried about my coolness. I'm uncool in a million different ways, and I don't care. I just don't think Sonic Youth is dad rock.

Anyway, I'm over it. Obviously I'm in the minority, so I'm effectively wrong. Big whoop. Moving on.
