Shit man...that sucks. When my parents found out they didn't care, they just didn't actually want to see me come home high. Damn; this Mighty Sparrow album is great. It's Calypso (sp)!

Ugh, so I just got home from work and my hands are burning from sunburns. Sunburnt knuckles are a killa. At least I have a record player to cheer me up :). And I'm especially happy because a newarby record store is having a contest for Rather Ripped, and somehow they're giving a Rather Ripped T-shirt to whoever wins.

I'm still working my parents on getting to go. I want to go to one of the two shows this fall that are in Ohio (Perhaps both if I'm lucky). One is with the flaming lips and I don't know about the other one. How long do you think there will be tickets available? I've never been to a concert before.

my parents said they'll talk to my aunt about fitting the sy/pearl jam show in our scheulde while we're in california. i don't want to go to it, though. i want to see them headlining.

they'll be available until the show starts, most likely. i've only been to one actual concert i don't count because it was aaron carter and it fucking sucked, and little school/local concerts.
