and it was one of the worst shows i've seen (zu playing 8 minute nu metal riffs + awful bass heavy mix where you couldn't make out the sax + obnoxious patton fanboys who went apeshit everytime mike raised an eyebrow).

i walked out mid set to the bar, repeating to myself "but zu on record are way better than this!" over and over.

it didn't help that keiji haino "opened" the show.
