I finally have a deep hatred for a band:
Linkin Park

My assigned roommate last year listened to them all the time. He was the greatest ass I've ever met. Second semester, he dropped out of college but still lived in the dorms. He slept all day, and all night he played videogames, ate Cheetos, and listened to Linkin Park. I never got a good night sleep, he was impossible to reason with. All I know is I will never eat another Cheeto or listen to a second of Linkin Park again.

* I suppose this isn't the band's fault, but I can't help it.

Cat Power, Silversun Pickups, & Vampire Weekend. I really have such a hatred for awful bands that get nothing but glowing praise from trusted music critics somehow. And I also can't stand the wonderful plethora of bands with lead singers who sing as obnoxiously as they possibly can, like AFI, My Chemical Romance, The White Stripes, The Mars Volta, and one hundred others.



Korn always has been one of the worst bands I have ever heard in my life. Yes as far back as their first album that band has always made me want to rip my hair out.

Oh yeah, System of a Down is god awful. Sooooo god awful

I'm sorry I just can't understand why people like Cat Power. To me they are boring, annoying (vocally), untalented and pretentious in a very bad way all at the same time.
