Dont get me wrong, I'm all about passion while playing an instrument. Nothing worse than no emotion...or maybe...there is...like...the john mayer face...that is worse than no face at all...

I was playing when I got that picture taken, I was playing some stuff from Jonny Greenwood's 'Bodysong'.. again I don't think that picture was taken in the moment i was playing it, but when I was holding it in the middle of a part or something, I say this because you can notice my chin isn't over the chin rest and I'm not holding the bow properly.

Is like when you get a photograph taken when you're adjusting the strap of yr guitar..you're not playing the guitar at that moment.. violin doesn't have a strap, but i'm a begginer and I need to re adjust my chin and bow all the time...

one of the things that make it difficult to learn is that you can't control the volume... and when you're a begginer and you make this horrible noise all day, it kinda does your head in what the others might be thinking of yr noob playing... :P
