in the flickr page where the pic is diplayed, you can "select" the pic (left click + dragging the mouse pointer over the pic), then in Firefox->right click->show selection source code (or something similar, dunno how they labeled this funcion in english, should be tha last option in the menu that pops up by right clickin'), search for the string with the image code ( ****.JPG), copy it and use it here.
Sounds way more complicated than it actually is.
