It's not bad. I dig it here.

Still plan on moving to Chicago (hopefully) next year. We'll see.

Ha ha, you want to hunt? Even worse than the untouchable and sacred history of the American hunter are the self-hating liberal types who try to connect with it on vacation. Does consumerism not fulfill your neurotic desire for the illusion of self-sufficiency? And don't tell me you just want to eat game meat. You can buy that shit.

guns, drugs, sex, junk food, matches, cars, planes, poison, knives, pipe...

lets get rid of all of it.

and while we;re at it, lets get rid of ourselves.

pbradley 08.07.2010 03:14 AM

Let's get rid of slippery slopes, first.

what are you talking about you exiled tutu? i want to EAT. and i found out there are a lot of wild turkeys running around there.

you're projecting your problem onto me ("self-hating"), but have you looked at the price of game meat recently? i mean if you ever buy meat instead of soy cakes or korean burritos or rice paper or whatever it is you eat. crow?

in any case fuck yes, i want to get some animals in my freezer that don't cost me $7-$27 a pound.

sometimes i do worry about you.

Good. That's good for you.
But I meant that should be for everyone, regarless of where they work.
Like... most half-decent places.

You know, by law.
And maternity/paternity leave and all that.

It must be really hard.
To do all that, then clean, cut, freeze and ALL, what a joy.

If I had to do that, I'd certainly be a vegetarian.

Does this happen? But I can imagine an asshole trying to do so and not being good at it and the animal in agony while he/she tries to kill it?

Good point. And yes they do, usually by hunting with EXPERIENCED hunters.

Around this area it is nec. to get a license to fish/hunt. Hunting illegally can lead to fines + some.

Usually one learns how to aim and fire a gun before ever even shooting at an animal.
