Employers should have a bit more decency in my opinion. It's things like that that give the free market a bad name.

ooh, cool name change. my mom had that no sick-days crap for her first year, and only recently have her hours become a bit more flexible because of sean (her first year, she'd had to leave all the time because his school'd call her for the tiniest things).
