Daisuke back in town! We had a much better time last night as he didn’t get there an hour before close. Good times and good games. We also gave him a shot of Chicago’s Malort. Even though he didn’t like it, he was polite. Said it was interesting...I think he loves the US now.

Friday night, hunkered down. No parties to go to or to host. Hair's getting a bit too long now, so I thought fuck it, I'll go for a crow's nest again. The eyeliner pretty much applied itself soon after and ominous red lighting just materialized around me. It happens.

Yeah, I've been practising throughout the last few years. Sometimes it works, sometimes my hair just has a head of its own and just won't cooperate. I used to wear the hat a lot back when I had absolutely no clue what to do with that stuff up on my gulliver. And it's still a handy go-to hack when I'm kind of lazy about the hair situation. But if I have the time and am in the right piece of mind, I'll go for the nest.
