yeah, it was. per my experience, thurston was the only one who was
able to either a) be geniunely into it or b) fake enthusiasm well. not the
most ideal circumstance for a band to be signing, admittedly. i'd want to
be doing several things other than that right after playing an outdoor gig
in august.

that and the sound is quiet, really fucking quiet... like embarrisingly, i've listened to music much louder in my living room, quiet.

you know what? they could play on a random street corner in new york and i'd be happy.
