and there's the addiction to melted cheese. that stuff is deadly. and the fucking teans-fats: not only disgusting but fucking cancerous. and corn syrup: liquid shit.

yeah. they put it everywhere. high fructose corn syrup. that shit stays in your body & is hard to break down, it just piles on.

americans also drink little water-- many people drink BUCKETS of soda with tons of ice. i guess melted ice makes up most of the water intake.

i gained about two, which may not seem bad, but i'm trying to lose weight. i ballooned around christmas. started "dieting" in january, and have lost about 13 lbs so far. and now i gained weight again. damn easter candy!!!!!!!!

I'm telling you, Master Cleanse is the way to go...
