I love "Quest for the cup"

i was never a fan of this album, i think its sys weakest. it wuld have made a crackin mini album tho...

I like this album, it's not my favorite but I know that some people loves it very much so... difficult to say it's a weak album... That's interesting with sonic youth : there are many sensibilities and if I say for example that I find the song "drippin drams" really boring I'm sure that someone will say that it's his favorite one... I don't know if it is the same for other band... maybe, it's because it's a consequence of their long long discography and the fact that they've never made the same thing twice... ???

I like EJTANS but it definitely the SY album with the most throwaway songs

I believe music is not an equation you understand or not but something you feel or not... I hope i'll never understand music or I can stop listening to it !
