Yep, doesn't get much better then Rod Serling's "The Twilight Zone" for me, my avatar pretty much gives that away, if you think that's bad, you should see my MySpace profile.

umjammer atomsk 05.11.2006 08:04 AM

Yes, the twilight zone is king

The Jeffersons

Steptow (sp?) and Son. Not sure if they showed it overseas, but it is excellent.

"What's Happening," of course.

Rerun is a comedic deity in appearance alone.

Hip Priest 05.11.2006 08:17 AM

Steptoe and Son is a fine show, you're right, Glice.

In the earlier series, they argue as friends, but as the show ages, it becomes very very spiteful indeed (and funny).

Apart from my aforementioned beloved The Prisoner, I love Doctor Who, The Young Ones, and Rising Damp.

I don't usually watch tv programs, I get them on dvd later on. Six Feet under is freakin amazing as well as the Simpsons (who doesn't like that?!?) but that again sucks now.

I've been watching the x-files on dvd. Now that is a good program....not as good as six feet under though.

i think you're getting bewitched mixed up with sabrina the teenage witch. bewitched was the '60s show with dick york (replaced by dick sargent in the later years)/agnes moorehead/elizabeth montgomery.

i don't think its a classic yet, but i love that 70's show, and six feet under.

marleypumpkin 05.11.2006 06:27 PM

Speaking of That '70s Show, I'm watching it right now.
But to be honest, Sienfeld is my all-time favorite.
