I watched The Concert in Central Park at my grandma's house when I was five. It was the first time I actually started to garner an appreciation for music outside of Row Row Row Your Boat or whatever I was listening to at the time. Then when I was seven or eight, I took their '72 Greatest Hits CD from my mom's collection and pretty much played the fuck out of that for the rest of my youth. I only started getting their actual albums about two years ago. Still one of my favorite bands ever. |
Ok I'll fucking admit this I was 4 years old in Venezuela 1979 & I was listening to Menudo but that shit finished once I moved to New York & started listening to The Treacherous 3 & Rapping Duke...
