How are Sonic Youth mainstream?
And greatest hits are generally different than best of compilations, I don't like either but best of compilations come in handy sometimes. |

Though I'm not from America. |
charts are like the hyper-mainstream, TRL type mainstream. Though Rather Ripped 71 in the Billboard which is still pretty damn successful to be in the top 100.

pbradley, Ear-Bleeding Country only had one song from Dinosaur's first album on it. NOT COOL!

I Don't Want To Push It Shaking Hell Brother James Intro / Brave Men Run In The Kingdom #19 Marilyn Moore Tuff Gnarl Total Trash Mote Disappearer Sugar Kane Bone Sweet Shine Washing Machine Heather Angel streamXsonic subway Rain On Tin Unmade Bed Peace Attack Rats |

their friest album wasn't that great though. at least i don't think so. i like some greatest hits. like throbbing gristle's greatest hits. the meat puppers one isn't bad. it even has their hardcore stuff on it. i'll do my sy greatest hits later. |
i think it should be a boxed set. with 20 different versions of kool thing.. and a new song

19 of those will be remixes of kool thing. dj keoki would remix 18 of them and then there would be a happy hardcore version of the 19th one. |
and each version would have its own cd.
