this album is certainly a grower. it just snuck its way on to my top 60, 'celebrate the body electric' fantastic. wonderful quirky pop tunes.

the album definitely captures that feeling when you have an incredible jam with friends that you know none of you will ever remember what you were playing or how you got there, while in no way sounding like some aimless psych jam shit...props

DANBRO STUDIOS is a multi-use creative facility offering studio space to artists and musicians. DANBRO STUDIOS WAREHOUSE is a gorgeous, mid-1800's vintage, raw warehouse space in the East Williamsburg Industrial Park. Shows happen in an ancient, dramatic vaulted room that used to house stores of grain for the building's original incarnation: the Goldenrod Brewery, a once famous Brooklyn brewery that folded after the 1930s due to Prohibition. Just look for the landmark smokestack that reads "VD 1858" - the bands play next to the base of that stack! Right around the corner from the Montrose L stop.

having seen both black dice and vivian girls live, i have to say that black dice is the far more entertaining/enjoyable of the two live acts

yeah black dice is really interesting to watch live. they way they twiddle on thier knobs is bery endearing.
