Check J&R Music world or BH Photo for gear. or the turntable lab

I've heard that Technics are not good at producing sound accuracy. & direct-drives produce more noise than belt-drives. Now, I recommend an Audio Technica, or a Shure stylus cartridge. They're very sound accurate.
