The nme used to be good 300 years ago.Hello magazine used be good but it's become very mainstream now.

Rob Instigator 06.08.2006 08:36 AM

I am not complaining about NME. I was just asking what demographic read sit, that it would come up with such a ridiculous list of "greatest albums of all time."

Here are rob instigator's greatest albums of all time (in no particular order, and the list may change tomorrow and every day after that, but...)

Daydream Nation
The Beatles (white album)
Yr Living All Over Me
Are You Experienced?
Abbey Road
Live Rust
Reckoning
Doolittle
Mothership Connection
Kind of Blue

Washing Machine 06.09.2006 04:59 PM

Oh course The New Morressey Express has to include a Smiths album!...really us Brits dont really like Oasis that much...in fact we dont like NME that much. Personally I cant read it - NME writers are sick creatures!

sugar kane101 06.09.2006 06:48 PM

this is a rough sketch of the readers:

mostly male
late teens to late twenties
students
people that would prefer bands to be 'working class' and British to anything else and interesting
mainstream indie listeners
don't like experimental music
