I went out last night. It was good, but it was the first time in a couple of weeks that I've had a drink, and a combination of heat and alcohol made me miss the period of semi-exile I've been in.

I should be getting ready soon, and fly to North London to a friend's house, where I'm helping him with some DIY work. I have no plans for tomorrow, plus I'm struggling financially, at the moment.

gonna throw my mother her 50th b-day party tonite at the bar, then i'm gonna have sex w/ my lady friend for a good portion of the evening.

Going to some roller derby tonight. A BBQ will probably pop up.

My weekend was cut short....ghey.

Let's see...Thursday I went and watched the bf's band practice, hung out with friends and drank ang stopped by our local dive bar. Last night we went over to our friend's house and had a bbq and mass drinking. There was power wheel crashes, bamboo fights, beer explosions and guys trying to out rack each other in the nuts. (Why do guys do this?)
Tonight there is a bit of a localfest show tonight. 5 of our friend's bands are playing at one bar. Should be lots of fun.
Tomorrow is relaxing and family time.

i spent my days doing stuff like this:



so far, i finished a poster and brought it to the printer's, finished two research projects and four illustrations for a book i'm making all over again because i didn't like how it turned out and my teachers didn't like it either.

four done, seven to go in the next three days, then make a new book.

There was something rather cocky feeling about walking through the tourist throngs to get to the public library downtown today. Like I belong here, you all are just fucking tourists. See, I can check out library books here.

today: chillin', sleepin', homeworkin'.
tonight: skipping some clubbing due to exhaustedness/current lack of fabulosity.
first thing tomorrow morning: an open house.

My three day weekend begins after I get off work tomorrow. Then I have monday tuesday and wednesday off.
