I really doubt SY care about each and every one of us. I suppose the band has made some friends with some of the members on this board, but they don't know all of us and they don't know everyone in their fan base. And admit it: it's hard to care about people you've never met, seen or heard of before. I'm not saying the the members of Sonic Youth aren't compassionate people, but they're only humans and not touchy-feely hippies.
