That looks like a fine meal to me. Although I'll agree that anything explicitly labelled 'vegan' is a massive turn-off for me. I'm fine with anything that's vegan on the quiet though.

You'll need about 200ml for 300g of beef. But like I say, add it until you get the right consistency.

stroganoff is an eastern european dish i believe?
by definition you'd have to use a slow cooker, and cook it for hours so the meat disintegrates, so this adaptation is so liberal that it allows as much sour cream as you'd like. some people don't even use it at all. sometimes the juices from the meat and the wine mixed with sour cream make it look slightly orangy, which i avoid. |
1 can of beans
handful of cheese sour cream tortilla microwave microwave can of beans for 1 minute 45 seconds. microwave tortillas for about 10 seconds. scoop beans onto tortilla. sprinkle with cheese. spoon on some sour cream. fold ends of tortilla and roll it up. enjoy! |

salmon with passionfruit sauce
1 passionfruit 400/500g salmon steak sugar olive oil honey butter some finely chopped salsa salt - black pepper - the usual step 1 - slice the fruit and put everything in a blender, including the seeds. sieve it. use a pan to melt some butter, add the salsa and the juice, let it boil. use salt, honey, and a bit of sugar to season it. use another pan to heat up some olive oil and put the salmon in, 3 mins each side. pour the sauce on it, serve with mashed potatoes or something. |
