Sashimi is great, but I like rice. I love mackerel. mackerel is a strong tasting fish but it is so delicious to me! That and eel. I love both freshwater and saltware eel.

I have not had a good sushi feast in a while, but there is a place in Houston's new chinatown (west side) called Miyagi Sushi, which is run by an older couple. The lady runs the front of the restaurant and the man is the sushi chef. The wait is long,a nd the place si small but FUCK the sushi is amazing. the guy is an expert and he buys his fish every day himself.

Highly recommended, and not too expensive!
