Some of them are frighteningly intelligent (one of them's doing it while she gets her vetinary qualification), some of them less so, all of them very, very resolutely not sluts. I don't know about the states, but over here there are so many tests one (and partner) has to go through on a regular basis that casual sex with random strangers is entirely out of the question.
