You're right, that's why I don't hate dogs to start with, it's just that I just don't like them as much as I like cats. Another misconception about cats is that they are not loyal, which I have very rarely found both with my own cats and those of others. Even though mine don't stay with me at the moment because of reasons of space, they never fail to greet me the same way they always have when I go to see them at my friend's house. Glenny in particular DEMANDS his belly rubs just as if he had seen me the day before.

It's a long-running internet joke about cats, and how, in the unlikely event that they should be able to speak, they would speak with bad grammar and/or internet buzzwords.

This is why cats are fantastic and I love them. I've had three in my life, they sadly died.

There are many many more attacks by cats on people than there are by dogs. They are just not capable of doing as much damage.

Incidentally, I would happily wring the neck of the cat next door, if it meant saving the lives of more birds.

This factors gives cats the disadvantage of having a very unpredictable behavior, which in my eyes, is a bad thing.
I much rather my loyal, obedient warmth of my dog.

If you love birds so much, why don't you marry them?

jon boy 07.12.2007 09:15 AM

i want a ligor.

sarramkrop 07.12.2007 09:15 AM

I've never heard of a cat killing a human being, but quite a few times I read of dogs wolfing little Sandra.

No, that's what I was saying. If a dog attacks, you hear about it, because the damage is worse.

Don't make me pop up to the big smoke to spank you now. With things as they are, I can't afford to splash out over an argumentative Italian.

You could spare yourself giving him pleasure by sending your starving dog to London on a Virgin train, if that's of any help.
