honestly, in regards to om's new drummer. as far as i'm concerned, a duo loses one member and it's not the same band anymore, simple as that. too bad to, as far as i could see, there wasn't gonna be much from holding om back from dominating the world.

Sleep are OK.

Never listened to High On Fire but they rule live.

That is what got me so surprised, because the latter two separated so drastically (cancelling a tour and all) only a few months ago.

Those two Sleep reunion shows were among the very best I've seen in 2009.

i really like GiG...it's a bit of a departure. go see them play if you live near a tour stop. the addition of rob lowe into the mix is a critical one.

I'm still waiting for that live DVD of the 2009 ATP gigs (their only reunion shows with Chris) to come out...

three more shows this year...next week in NYC, and some festival in Calgary and a show in LA.


if i wasn't so busy @ work i'd head down to see the NYC show...Winter and White Hills as support = superb.
