My question is how is this still on the internet? It is a naked picture of a 5 year old girl. I thought the super-conservative view and official ruling on child porn is that any naked child is child porn. I'm pretty sure if I posted my whole family picture collection including pictures of me being bathed as a little boy that the FBI would be knocking on my door the next day. Maybe the gov't isn't as stupid as it seems and nude children on innocent levels are not considered to be that.
