Thanx!!! I made an order, hope I´ll get it!!!

Andrés 05.06.2010 03:53 PM

OK. Sorry for the delay folks. Here it is Stereo S. The audio was very corrupted! blame the fucking software AoA DVD Ripper.

Anyway...enjoy!

the audio is very baaaaad.

Rob Instigator 05.06.2010 04:33 PM

shit man, for the early SY this audio is not so bad! I had no idea this existed! YOU DA MAN! Thanks!!!!!!!

Chris Lawrence 05.06.2010 05:12 PM

Awesome, thanks so much Andrés, I didn't even realize this had band footage in it, I thought it was more of a 'stock footage' kinda video and that's why it was never collected. So there's no title card w/ any director info like there is for the "Beauty Lies" vid? Very odd...

Thanks again!

SYHamilton 05.06.2010 05:16 PM

The video played a little choppy on my computer, but the sound is fine for an old video. I never knew this existed- everyone should check it out.

stu666 05.06.2010 05:45 PM

thanks Andrés!

Andrés 05.06.2010 05:54 PM

you're all welcome!

CHOUT 05.06.2010 06:29 PM

Yeah, thanks!
It's quite possible you will get flagged for copyright over the original studio recording...I've had it happen numerous times with my sonic youth videos.
Sorry, don't mean to be a drag, but it seems youtube is scoured for copyright infringement all the time now.

Andrés 05.06.2010 09:01 PM

Yeah I know, corporate media still suck!

No. They'll just take the video down. You can file a dispute, but there's not much you can really do...

Ghostchase 05.08.2010 02:29 AM

I would like to own the 2 disc German version of Washing Machine. The second disc is exclusive material from some France Inter Radioshow.

-Starfield Road (Live)
-Eric's Trip (Live)
-The Diamond Sea (Live)
-Teen Age Riot (Live)

I'm less pleased for your wallet, but pleased for you, yes!
I don't mean to sound "snob" here, but sincerely I think I already have the stuff I REALLY wanted:

the huge sister poster
the old evol poster
BOBB
Gila monster
NYC LP
a print of x-ray man
the zines
sonik kollaborations
sensational fix catalog

I still have loads of things I'd love to get, but I don't feel the same about those. Sure thing is, I'll keep on spending money on SY stuff in years to come.

toxic johnny 05.08.2010 07:57 AM

Damn I forgot about the Sonik Kollaborations catalogue...

jetengine 05.08.2010 10:11 AM

A box set of their 12" singles would be a nice release from SY. Many of them are getting difficult to find, especially in nice shape. Some of them (e.g., Halloween and Halloween II) could be padded out with bonus alternate takes and b-sides (e.g., 'Rewolf', 'Satan Is Boring (live)', etc.), while Dirty Boots could be made a full-length album. The 7"- and 10"-only releases (e.g., Bull In The Heather, Sunday, NeverMind, Kali Yug Express) could be blown up to 12" size. Just a thought....

That would be great! I hope they do this.

Other than those, I'd love the pink SST EVOL & purple Sister, but again, I'm not going to drop $200+ on them.

Oh, and the gatefold NZ Sister. And that Japanese DDN. One day...

Cock-waving 18-month-old dredge: finally scored a pink SST EVOL :) Good price too.

Still looking for the others that I mentioned here, though I haven't been hunting actively this year...

stu666 11.23.2011 01:12 PM

What's the story with the Japanese DDN?

Is it just for the obi?

stu666 11.23.2011 01:18 PM

For me it's still the Ligthnin' 7" + Nevermind promo 7" and the Daydream boxset.

Nup, it's an 80's pressing on Supernatural Organisation.

I posted about it here when I saw it for the one & only time a few years back, but lost the pic I saved in a hard drive crash. From what I remember, it was pretty close to the Blast First issue other than the small print. It had those rounded clear plastic inner sleeves that JP pressings often seem to have.

stu666 11.23.2011 01:43 PM

oh right, I can't remember reading about that!

krischanski 11.24.2011 08:43 AM

Partly serious. I don't have any credit cards. And I would not use it in the web.

Sorry. I love it not to answer. Ask my mom or my wife about it. But I will try as soon as possible.
