Emo's because such a shit term. It's like "indie." I guess that's the reason we have shit terms like "post-hardcore," to seperate the 'emo' from the 'emo.'

I suppose it is one of the most negleted genres of music in the history of mankind. So useless a movement it doesn't make one bat an eyelid.

Yeah really. The term shouldn't even exist in my eyes. It means "emotionally charged hardcore punk" which only means they have emotional lyrics, and that shouldn't deserve it's own genre. It's like me saying "I'm going to start a genre called 'bunnyrock'" and it's straight up rock, only about bunnies. It's a stupid idea

Nevermind 01.06.2007 09:58 PM

Hey Kim, do you find me attractive?

Bunny rock would rule.

Ask her if she, or anyone else in the band, recognize familiar faces of fans in the crowd that show up to every show or people they've met at book signings or whatever.

I ask because i gave her some stickers at a tower records cd signing and she seamed to genuinely appreciate them.but i was so nevous and impressed to meet her, i got tongue tied.

by the way, will you be posting you interview here when you're done?

Yeah, it was from Uncut magazine; Dalton, Stephen. "Suicide Blond." Uncut Magazine August 2005. Beautifully Scarred. Accessed on August 24, 2005.

"When asked what she thought to be Kurt's motive in committing suicide, Gordon replied, "I don't even know that he killed himself. There are people close to him who don't think that he did..." Asked if she thought someone else had killed him, Gordon answered, "I do, yes."

Would be good to get her to answer this...

I think I would also like to know if - early on - they ever considered giving up the band. The band hasn't been as popular (or as well known) as some of the other bands - so what has kept the band together? They could all probably go on and do something else - individual projects - or gone into some other medium.

That's a very good question.

James Blonde wonders that maybe Kim forced the band to stick together.
