i'm in a mood to study communication. my dad's always worked in the pr field and i've picked up a lot from hanging around at the football games (he does communications for an indoor football league). most of the small tasks i've done for him have been really fun.

That sounds awesome. But I still think I will stay with photography.

my friend wants to be a national geographic photographer and focus on animals. one of my favorite pictures ever was in this old issue of a guy carrying a deer's head. it was so striking. bloody, but the way it was taken and the shot was laid out was so neat.

I like to take pictures of people. I think that is where my thing is at.

i just like taking dumb snapshots of myself for the picture thread on here. if i had access to a decent camera i'd get more into photography, though.

It is fun, I like taking pictures, but money is scarce so I have to be careful on what I take.

yeah, money'd be a big issue for me because i'd be wanting to photograph every little thing. at night when i'm going over the causeway to the beachside, when we get right around the top and can see all of the riverside park and canal street/condominium area it's so beautiful. not because of the architecture but the emptiness. it's overwhelming.

Yeah, I like it when things look empty.

i like when the park seems empty when i'm there, then i hear something and get creeped out but it turns out to be some skater "punks" smoking inside one of the wooden staircase things. our park is set up really weird. it's this huge wooden castle with very confusing ways to get up and down. i still get hurt.

I would love to see it. It sounds cool. All our parks look lame. Okay I have to go now and finish my homework. I am almost done.

ahh. do you have any specific outline style you have? i find if i do cornell notes style i get outlines done a lot faster.

I don't have any notes at all, I am brainstorming out of my head into the paper. I suck at studying. I need help with studyin. I don't even know what cornell notes mean.

oh, it's like, on one half of the paper you have the heading/subheading then on the other half you have all of the notes. i usually do what you're doing if i have a presentation but otherwise i do cornell.

Yeah, I think I've heard of that. I really do suck at studying, especially if I am not interested in the subject.

i gave up on studying for anything in science and math years ago. i would just never take the two subjects but i'm more or less forced to in order to become "well-rounded".

mang, when there's a lot of studing to do, it pays off to study some "methods" you know. "how to study". makes your life a lot easier. i swEAH.

Yeah, I just want to get my degree and get this over with it. I don't care so much for math. I do like science. I suck real bad in math. It takes me a while to figure out a simple math question.

i like math. it's fun. it makes you think you can describe the whole universe with it. i once had religious feelings about math. not like that movie "pi", but almost.

i had to take a course called "inquiry skills" as a frosh to learn how to study. it was the longest nine weeks of my life.

i'm ok in some areas of math and worse in others. science just bores me.

I hate it, I really can't do math. I just don't get it. I guess this is where my insecurity comes in. With math, not being able to understand it.

oh sheesh i just read books about it. they were kind of fun. one was about doing fast math in your head (i learned some tricks). another was how to learn things fast. another on note taking. but never (lucky me) had to seat in one of those "research methodology" fucking classes.

science is fucking COOL! what boring science is this you speak of? (maybe your teachers sucks?)
