i hear you. i've been doing this exercise video on the ondemand channel and i'm a little sore but i feel better. (even though i feel lame that 18 minutes of stretching made me sore). i miss gym.

i've gotten really lazy because i'm off school and i've had band stuff/scheduling errors that get in my way.

if i can get sean to ride his bike tomorrow i'll go for a run. i haven't been able to go running during the night for a month or two now.

fern (the block above) is a very creepy street, but i run around my block and date palm (not creepy). it is scary when cars pass by but i've learned to ignore them. if it's a cop car i just jump in a bush.
