if you do it on an almost consistent basis, yes. you have to watch it but it's not something most people are going to want to do even once a week (obviously) so i wouldn't call it high risk. if you're mentally sound and you can handle yourself and realise it's a drug and no matter how bad or intense it is you'll be fine, then you will be fine.
