the eyewall didn't hit until 2:10 am in Galveston.

4 million are without power (for up to two weeks they say) and thanks to flooded sewage treatment plants they are stuck with bottled water.

all in all it doesn't look that bad on the news though.

My house got fucked over. Tree hit the roof. FUCk...

that sucks alan. i know if a hurricane ever hits over here that a tree will likely kill some portion of my house.

Power is still on here, still have drinking water, too.

We weren't gonna flood that was pretty obvious, we just knew there would be some wind and rain.

My areas pretty legit
I even went to the Houston Country Club to hang out in the sauna
Had some margaritas with some buddies

I have 8 of my friends from the River Oaks/Montrose area staying over because they don't have power out there
Supposedly 75% of Houston is still without power
And it will be another 3 weeks until EVERYONE has power
Some people got power back today, some yesterday
So that's good
