I think they are in oz dollars, for the oz people. Utilities like gas and water and elec? Those aren't included in that price. I'm looking at somewhere around 300 pw

Oz is pretty close to usd at the moment though, so it is about the same, slightly less. And yeh pw is per week.

It's actually on Flinders St, Degrave is the side laneway.
That place used to be a department store with access directly to the Royal Arcade
(thats the actual name of what is commonly called the Degrave St Subway entrance to Flinders St Station. You may notice that the exit is to the right of the tunnel and the tunnel itself keeps going and then just stops, the wall on the left isn't concrete and tiles but painted woodwork-it used to continue on into several basement entrances to shops.

kinda. there are only a couple of underground stations here. It's mostly above ground. London underground > my PT system, by miles.

Have you seen pictures of St Pancras railway station in London after the renovation and expansion work? It looks amazing. :)
