I think about death more now than when I was younger. When my daughter died, I was outside the ICU room and she was code blue. I didn't know what was happening. Pure panic. Worst day of my life.
When my mom died a few years ago, my family was there, too. I was holding her hand. And she just stopped breathing. I never saw anybody actually DIE before, but we all knew it was coming. Saddest day of my life.
But hey, life goes on.

I would like to say tha my best suggestion would be to focus on the good times. maintaining a happy memory helps you and honors them.

that said, I haven't lost my child and both of my parents are still alive, praise Jah.
