I drank my way all through Dizzee Rascal's set which was pure fun and then just fell somewhere among tents and woke up next morning.

I heard Pixies sucked anyway.

There's no way they sucked. That doesn't even seem conceiveable. They are such a well-rehearsed band, everything they play is planned to perfection. You probably just heard that from stuck up music snobs who have a grudge against the band. Too bad you slept through their set, you might have been able to formulate your OWn opinion on their performance.

I am really dissapointed, it's one of the bands that I love and admire for years, but this looks more like some spectacle rather than pure energy rocking performnce... I dunno, maybe they just got tired... I think they couldhave played more Trompe Le Monde, and play an hour and a half straight instead of making crowd call them to come back. Twice.

yeah, that's true. my bad that I got shitfaced and then missed the whole thing. but I've talked to real diehard pixies fans and they said the same thing that cora did.

i got so stoned that i couldn´t get out of my tent for more than 4 hours.

I agree. Audience was there. It was crowded. I was covered with beer. There was a stage with all those lights, cabels and stuff. Everything was there and felt just fine. And also there were instruments on stage and those instruments played some Pixies songs, but Pixies... They weren't there! Soulless, a bit sad and vapid. For the love-of-god, Buzzcocks played in Zagreb two months ago and they are older and they jumped around like squirrels, smiled, shouted and you could feel their presence even when they left the stage.
Pixies...Argrrarg, I was angry and felt betrayed. Bastards... :mad:

ive always really dug the pixies, but i saw them four seperate times through the years and all the shows in their own ways were dissapointing.
