Yeah, I've been getting into baby swiss and aged swiss more with sandwiches...usually roast angus beef or mesquite smoked turkey sands with L & T. I eat them on 100% whole wheat buns usually. Watch out for the diabolical doppleganger known as "white wheat" though. |
