If you're going to do a poll and only have a vote on those nominated (which I disagree with) then you should put up a thread with the categories listed and leave it up for a predetermined amount of time so that everybody has a chance to nominate somebody. Then put up each category individually for 24 hours. Preferably at the same time each day. Generally, everybody posts at the same time every day. That way everybody should be able to vote in that 24 hour cycle. I mean, the way you're doing it is so unorganized and a complete mess. And you have your thread titles misleading. You got a great idea but it just seems it can be done better. Can I nominate every poster on this board for every category you have?

We already did, silly. You clearly missed it. It was a 1.5 day affair, and if I didn't start now, we wouldn't be done til after New Years. Then it wouldn't be THIS YEARS YEAR BOOK, WOULD IT. There were a couple of threads dedicated to NOMINATING! Either you missed them, or yr not entirely sure what's going on. I set up threads just to initiate the process, get ideas coming for catagory's, and you never said anything. I set up threads to nominate for the catagories I had set, and then people like you, who didn't speak up in the first place, started to complain about the lack of catagories that they want. I'm only human, dude, I am not capable of reading yr mind, as such, I can not know what you wanted involved in this without you saying anything. I'm trying to create something here that we can all hopefully get a laugh or at least a good time/read out of, so thanks.

Suggestion: Include an 'other' option and if 'other' wins then we can do that poll over again with new nominees.

Well, actually it would. Using what you just said then for it to be totally representative of 2006 then it *would* have to be after New Years. Since what if (for example) the sexiest woman in the world joined the board on Dec. 30th but she wouldn't win the sexiest female poster award because you had already voted the winner? That's just taking your illogical statement to the extreme. That's like wanting to have the NFL Season Highlights DVD in the fan's hand before the season is over. So you send it to duplicated and ready for store shipping on Jan 6th so it can be in stores by the end of the season. So obviously you leave out the Super Bowl and some playoff games to achieve that.

I'm trying to leave this thread on a friendly note but you keep coming back with rudeness. No, this doesn't mean anything at all to me. All I know is some people posted suggestions to you that were good suggestions and then I see those suggestions aren't being used. I don't understand why you would do that. I just made a couple of posts speaking my mind. If you don't want to do it that way that is FINE with me. It doesn't matter to me.
