To minimise pain, I guess it needs to be somewhere that has less nerve endings. Not that I know where that might be.

My mate Dave went on holiday to the Caribbean on his honeymoon a couple of years ago. Before he went he decided it would be a nice surprise for his new wife Wendy if he had her name tattoed on his dick. It was bloody painful, but he thought it was worth it for the look of surprise on her face the first time she went down on him.

Anyway, when they arrived at the airport after the flight, there were a few delays waiting for their luggage to arrive. "Oh," said the West Indian, "my tattoo... That doesn't say Wendy. It says Welcome to Jamaica, have a nice day".
