There are legions of twats in polo shits and khaki pants here in southern california. All of them are small business owners and they're the biggest twats you could ever find. For instance, they're mostly all libertarian born again christians. You might also catch them on their blackberries with a stupid hands-free cell phone clipped to their ear.

The pant legs tucked into those boots really sold me...

If I were a dude, I'd have a flaming erection right about now.

I like how he managed to work in yellow lettering! My most hated of all colors!
A most excellent burn.

Rob Instigator 08.24.2009 04:49 PM

the best part is that your face does NOT read "hakuna matata" at all! More like "gonnakillya matata!"

Rob Instigator 08.24.2009 04:49 PM

MSpaint's still got it.

pinkstation 08.24.2009 07:17 PM

Buy a longer jacket that covers you ass. I refuse to have a short jacket ever again. I value a dry bum after sitting outside in the winter.

My main jacket is kinda grey green with all sorts of pockets.

The other has no pocket (big thumbs down) and it's fairly awesome besides that fact that the hood is pointy and looks all black KKK.

gmku 08.24.2009 08:49 PM

As in all choices, buy a jacket that is appropriate to your life circumstances.

Sonic Youth 37 08.24.2009 08:51 PM

I wore this jacket all last winter/fall/spring. I'm thinking about getting a different one next month as this one has started to fade (It was 100% black to begin with and that kind of annoyed me)

It came in olive green too, but that's not my scene

what the fuck does a 'rents a crap flat opposite a mexican theme bar' jacket look like?

girlgun 08.24.2009 08:55 PM

does it look like this?

gmku 08.24.2009 08:55 PM

Get a thrift shop German army jacket, preferrably one with a bullet hole in it, or a ripped to hell oil-spotted denim jacket.

That looks a little like the J. Crew short lightweight army jacket I picked up last spring! Mine has a few more pockets, but that's the style and color basically. I love that thing so much, I've worn the hell out if. Wear it almost every day.

I happen to dig the olive green, btw.

I'm just not a big fan of green jackets. I think all outerwear should be black.

I'm looking to get something like this if I can find one at a decent price. My blazer won't be enough warmth in a month or so.

Conrad 08.24.2009 09:07 PM

Is it leather?

I don't really think it's that nice.

Only leather jackets should zip like that.

Sonic Youth 37 08.24.2009 09:08 PM

No, not leather. I'm back and forth between wanting that in leather or cloth. I like the look of leather better, but I'm not sure I've the fortitude to break it in.

I too know the plight of not having a nice, well-fitting jacket that is suitable for many types of attire. I just couldn't pass up the chance to post a grumpy looking, poncho-clad Clint

Get a leather. Break it in. It'll be worth it.

gmku 08.24.2009 09:17 PM

Green's great in anything military looking. Except pea coats. Those should always be navy blue or black.

davenotdead 08.25.2009 12:21 AM

i'm gonna tell everyone i know that rob listens to beck

Rob Instigator 08.25.2009 09:00 AM

Flotz! I knew I should have stashed that beck LP away someplace secret! ha ha ha ha! Hilarious!!!!

floatingslowly 08.25.2009 10:18 AM

it's hard to cut and paste faces in ms paint. :(

I'm slightly disappointed, but it was the best I could do given the crappy laptop I use at night.

Rob Instigator 08.25.2009 10:28 AM

mspaint takes practice. ha!
