well i was fully grown at 17, but if i had been reading 'my god she's ugly' all over the internet it would have had a huge impact on me, while i would be more able to deal with it now. at the age of seventeen a body might be fully developed, but a mind is still looking for itself, and that's why most people do't look their best at 17. you just wait a few years and she'll be fine. i even think she already looks good.
