28th Street.
When I was younger I used to walk out on those planks out across the river; then it got to be just too dilapidated and dangerous (like it wasn't already fairly dangerous; I'm lucky I was never killed). I have an old picture somewhere from 1993 or so where I'm standing out on that center support pillar.
There's missing boards and everything now; I would never walk out there these days!

I've done plenty of stupid things around train tracks and bridges...I crawled under a train once and seconds later it started moving.

I had stand under a s treet light to get it to work. Piece of shit really. I didn't have batteries for my good camera.
