Ahh! I really wanted to see that movie, but I had no money at the time!

Arthur C Clarke: His earlier stuff is best - Rendesvous With Rama is one of the few books I would implore anyone and everyone to read. There's a few sequels, but he gets bogged down with back story and relationships, which he's just not as good at doing, and the core storyline suffers as a result.

The collections of short stories are very worthwhile also.

I'll keep that in mind for my next trip to the bookstore. It's going to be a while, because I am reading a fairly large book right now... "Sophie's World".

Anyways, I must be off for a while Nice talking to ya, have a nice night an' all that.

Hip Priest 11.27.2006 06:55 PM

That's not a bad book either.

See you soon.

he´s a much more talented writer than guevara
and has better politcal ideas and opinions (in my opinion),
but i can see him become the new poster boy for all the left wingys.

The book is really good, though. He´s got a great sense of humor and really
knows what he´s talking about.

I can read your mind, HP.

I feel he is taking advantage of the indigenous people of Mexico. I am part of it through my mom, I just feel he is hiding himself, why the mask?
