hey, when it goes from 70 degrees yesterday afternoon to 30 today you'd probably be thinking the same way. thats new jersey i guess.

schizophrenicroom 12.03.2006 12:51 AM

steve- oh, i see.

today it was seventy something. the parade was really lovely. i thought it'd be hot as hell.

k-krack 12.03.2006 12:52 AM

It's basically consistently shitty here in winter.

schizophrenicroom 12.03.2006 12:53 AM

we don't have winter. we're just in the less-hot period.

schizophrenicroom 12.03.2006 12:55 AM

did you guys know that the only reason steve wears glasses is so that when the sun bounces off them, they give off rays so bright he can kill his enemies?

drrrtyboots 12.03.2006 12:56 AM

we have ice on your windshield, frostbite bullshit here. but i do snowboard so i can deal with it.

schizophrenicroom 12.03.2006 12:57 AM

i've always wanted to snowboard. my good friend goes snowboarding usually every year over winter break out in colorado. i'm insanely jealous.

k-krack 12.03.2006 12:57 AM

Don't listen to her, it's because I give off rays of lust and sexy, and too many people get hurt. (Physically, from too much self-sexin', if you know what I mean, and mentally)

drrrtyboots 12.03.2006 12:57 AM

its real fun once you get the hang of it. but id much rather have nice weather all-year-rouuuuuund.

schizophrenicroom 12.03.2006 12:59 AM

steve- hee, i meant steve shelley. but i know what you mean. you're too hot. and self-loving? whoo.

i hate the summer months (april-approximately september) so much. next summer i'll be out in san jose for six weeks and I CANNOT WAIT.

i can't find any..good.. websites.. hint hint hint.

drrrtyboots 12.03.2006 01:01 AM

farewell k kracka.

schizophrenicroom 12.03.2006 01:03 AM

san francisco is my favorite place on earth. but san jose is real nice. it's kind of like the little sister to san fran. it has a really nice mall and tech museum.

and whatnot? hee, i love you too. night!

drrrty, what's your name?

drrrtyboots 12.03.2006 01:04 AM

name is nick. and i LOVED san francisco although i was only 13 when i was there and not able to enjoy as much as im sure i would now.

schizophrenicroom 12.03.2006 01:08 AM

hey nick! i just like being able to tie a name to a post.

i enjoyed it a lot more this year than i did last. we spent a ton of time around haight street this time around instead of chinatown (which was a nightmare). i'm hoping to move out there, but yeah. i think it's more fun when you're young and new, big cities are still totally exciting. i felt like a little kid in a candy store in amoeba records.

oh god, amoeba. that place is so...beautiful. found an unwound lp for 5 dollars, lots of old sonic youth singles and more. haight street is deffinitely one of my favorite places because it hasnt become as trendy as downtown manhattan. not to say it isnt trendy, because it is. but not nearly as crowded as downtown manhattan. i miss it very much.
