Weird, from what I'm gathering they seem to have a lot of similar policies, but they're apparently quite different? |
Yang is a dummy. UBI is something that should be looked into but the fact that he wants to carte blanche give everyone a grand a month without any mass systemic changes is irresponsible.
When asked "what if landlords and retailers just put their prices up?" he said "well the market would prevent that". None of it makes any sense. No, the market would not stop greedy landlords nor would it stop Walmart making a loaf of bread $10 when it's the only place in your town. The West is consumed by unfettered capitalism and there is a lot that needs to be done before something like UBI can make sense. And Warren can go kick rocks. She is a pandering phony. She is nothing like Bernie despite the association. She is in it for herself just like every other establishment dem in the race and would make a horrible leader. Sanders is for the worker and can mobilise a mass progressive movement. I think he will outperform the polls (what was it? like 0.3% between him and Hillary in Iowa in 2016 despite being massively behind in polls? He won New Hampshire with 60%?). The only caveat would be the South but I think he will have enough momentum at that point either way. Hopefully Bloomberg takes away some of Biden's support when he arrogantly storms in during Super Tuesday with his billions of dollars. |

She is also a chronic liar. Her beef with Bernie (which conveniently came out when her poll numbers were falling and his were rising the night before a debate) is that apparently Bernie said to her that a woman couldn't win the presidency. Which makes absolutely no sense since there is footage of Bernie saying a woman could be president in 1988 and a few years ago. He also encouraged Warren to run in 2016 and when she didn't, he decided to instead. He also did 47 campaign events for Hillary (and btw, Hillary did only 11 campaign events for Obama in 2008). It makes absolutely no sense that he would say that to her or even think that. It's a lie for political gain and a lot of people lost respect for her after it, even non-Sanders supporters. She also lied and said she was Native American, with a Harvard Law Journal naming her as the first woman of colour to teach there. She said that she didn't know they were billing her that way, when there are data forms she signed where she put her ethnicity as "American Indian". She lied to get ahead professionally, and took away an achievement from someone who is actually a minority. Not to mention that she wrote a Native American recipe book called Pow Wow Chow that she called old family recipes, when it was actually copied from somewhere else. Oh she was also a diehard Republican until 1996 at the young impressionable age of 47. She says that she changed her mind when she looked into how people use welfare to try and catch them out, only to find that the majority on welfare were struggling families who couldn't make ends meet. It took her that long to figure out such a basic thing? Wtf? There are tons of things suspicious about her and I've barely cracked the surface but the point is that she can't be trusted and has no issue with lying to get ahead. That is not leader quality. Bernie has been consistent, honest and principled his entire decades long career. They are not the same at all. |

I truly would trade Bolton’s sworn testimony for that of Hunter or Joe, because I want to hear it, but I highly doubt it happens! Actually, I’m looking for a NO VOTE on witnesses and a swift move of a UP or DOWN vote......that vote leading to a MAJORITY ACQUITTAL!!! Everyone have a great weekend!!! |

You write like that all the time? Even when sending business letters? |
