Yes, see I have few friends, I am selective when choosing friends. They have to be very open minded. I wouuld wait to come out to them till near graduation, but that is me, since I lost all my high school friends practically.

I'm not so worried about their reactions, I just don't know what to do. I don't like making a big announcement like I did with my parents. I'd rather just like change my stupid ass myspace thing to "gay" and leave it at that.

I just said to my friends all nonchalant, "I am dating a guy." To all of them. It was funny some were shocked and some were cool.

Once I get a guy to date, I'll use that.

Just say to them very calm, do it one by one. Or to all of them as well.

I have no feeling to compare how hard it must be for you. I really have no good advice. I have two gay uncles; one was really obviously gay from the very beginning to all of his high school friends, so I guess he didn't have to do the whole announcement thing. My other uncle found it really hard to come out- I wish I knew more but I don't.
