But I figure that is the logical conclusion to any real day seizing.

Just asking because I had an old Irish friend who's stints of seizing the moment usually ended up like that. For him and all his brothers haha.

Anymore substantial seizing beyond fucking one's self up requires more than one day and/or moment.

I guess it really depends on how bad you want to seize the day..
