1) One of my favorite movies ever is Eraserhead.
2) I work at Hot Topic - Which means I get to dance around all day to whatever music I want to - get paid for it - and wear whatever I want to and say whatever I want to. So I have a great job. So, don't put it down. We don't buy the stupid shit we sell, we just have to sell it while our job is better than yrs. :)
3) I'm trying to quit smoking right now, it's only been 2 days, because I made a pact with my boyfriend that if I do we can't have sex for 2 weeks and he's taking away my SY cds for a month. Good motivation. But I still want a Camel Silver. Anything, actually would do just fine.

Jeesus H. Excellent. So long as he's not practising too much. I like Borbetomagus, but I can't listen to them too often. They're one of the very few noise-y type things that actually disturb me.

I like them a lot, but mostly live. I rarely listen to them at home, but I see them every time they come through. I live in a house and not an apartment though; he can blast away of he wants.

Yeah, I need to see them live really. I've seen a lot of jazz, but I've seen absolutely no-one who's well-known in the more out-there stakes, unless you include nmpereign, who are a different thing again.

I'm gonna see them this weekend too!

nmpereign? Their live show blew me away. I was deeply unimpressed by their records prior to seeing them, but they really are among the best at the whole exceptionally quiet thing.

-Not a long ago I had zero rep points, now there's over 1300 of them. The reason for this income puzzles me. For all I know, I'm not a funny person and I can't make jokes.
-Speaking of jokes, yesterday I was banned for two weeks on another bbs I post on for "joking about alledgedly serous issues that shouldn't be joked about" (the issue was death by drowning)
-I just brushed my teeth.

1. im wearing a very old shirt right now, it used to be my grandmother's and it has this nice seventies-like pattern on it.
2. i was wearing this shirt on my oral english exam today.
3. the exam went fine and the teacher liked the shirt, even asked me where i got it.

I got kicked out of a pub for a similar reason the other day. I was telling my mate that joke, "What do you do if your wife has an epileptic fit in the bath? Throw in the washing...". We laughed. The Landlord came over a couple of minutes later and asked us to leave.

Just as we got to the door, this old chap comes over and said, "You know, my son died last week when he had an epileptic fit in the bath..."

So we, of course, were very apologetic, you know, "Errr, sorry mate, didn't realise... we didn't mean any offence... we're really sorry". That kind of thing.

He says, "Yeah. He choked to death on my wife's bloomers"...
