I bought a pair of black chuck taylors about a year ago. The other pair of shoes I have are some old workmans boots which I've owned for about 5 years.

Only when the souls are torn from their berth will I buy some new ones.

It's only gross if they're really worn. A lot of used shoes are shoes people have only worn once or twice.

Here's already on his 4th shoe model? Haven't been keeping track of skating lately, but damn do the pros get a new shoe out every six months now or something? Is Koston on his 25th shoe yet? Got Kirchart to sign one of my AWS decks a while back.

A few years ago I had a lot more money and ended up buying a bunch of skate shoes (IPath, Vans, Savier etc) they're finally all wearing out. My favorite shoe I have style-wise are the 'old school' vans hi tops, but their soles are so thin and uncomfortable.
