seriously.. i havent smoked cigarettes in about 10 years....
i do smoke the joint and after my episode at the weekend when a chest infection coupled wiith an increase in asthmatic broncial inactivity and a heavy week in work culminated in me going to the doctor and having only a 21% lung capacity... makes me fucking think, kinda frightened me.. im 33 years old now... when i was 23 this shit didnt bother me...it does now!!!!!!!

im now not smoking joints during the week..... friday night after the kids go to bed i will have one, saturday night i will partake in a couple and none sunday.. thats it.. and prehaps then ill just give up in a few weeks...
