ive been thinking about doing my hair purplish...but then a friend suggest some kinda green....and now i kinda like this ryan phillipe color...

DON'T DO IT!!!, dye it purple or orange or pink, greens and blues never look good on warm skin tones, unless you are blonde naturally it won't look good.
